Absolutely perfect location, near a sand island, enjoyed this place. Set just next door to the river and the artisanal shopping and beach, the Romantic Zone or old town part of the city and the island in the very convenient area.

Unbeatable location to turn it off in the common area however, easy to get around. Also - near to the charming Zona Romantica and near the ocean and so many attractions and yet a calm place next to the river.

The hotel is fairly clean with a stunning design and based in a beautiful building. The property offers luxurious and bright rooms with fresh towels and a fabulous AC, for example, I am very pleased about that.

This place deserves more than 4 stars, it has air-conditioned rooms and serves scrumptious breakfast. There is a wide range of amazing food for breakfast.

Our room was bright and immaculate, equipped with fresh filtered water and all the essentials including fresh filtered water, for instance. Its location just a short walk away from Galeria Colectika was marvellous and unbeatable.

I loved the hidden location of the hotel and the authentic Mexican feel of the rooms and courtyard. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were helpful and friendly. Even though the river was diverted due to construction, the atmosphere was still peaceful and charming. I highly recommend this hotel.

Extremely helpful and especially helpful staff of the hotel with special service. Our location was perfect in the fun area of La Zona Romantica. Moreover, it was close to the taxi and lots of restaurants.

I would definitely visit Garlands Del Rio again when in Puerto Vallarta. We didn't want to leave. The staff was friendly and the room was very clean. The location was great as it was right by everything we needed. The services included free wi-fi.

The hotel was romantic and unique, and the stuff where useful, loved the marvellous location just off the square/Malecon, the artwalk scene, locally owned restaurants, and the Gayborhood. The breakfast was generous and delicious with waffles, chips plus a great view and the restaurant food was good: D

I had an amazing stay at this hidden gem in Puerto Vallarta. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even helping us move to a better room with ease. The property itself is beautiful, with a stunning pool and a kitchen where we could cook our own meals. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to explore. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our stay so pleasant. We will definitely be coming back!

The breakfast selection could use some improvement.

The hotel is unique, has incredible views and amazing location next to the malecon and beach and the charming Zona Romantica of the city founded in the mid 1850s as a port for the silver mines located along the Rio Cuale and a wonderful river. The continental breakfast is delicious, I loved it.
